Caroline is amazing! She helped us with buying our home and we were very happy with our experience. She was very professional and dedicated. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, she had the resources and connections to help in all aspects of the home buying process. She absolutely keeps her clients best interest in mind and was very patient with us. Couldn't be happier with our new home and it is thanks to her!

Caroline Dugas deserves 10 stars beyond the 5. She is the most kind, perceptive, efficient, personable and efficient realtor I have ever worked with. She maintains that helping individuals find their perfect home is her ministry and she walks that talk. She calmly and sequentially explains the purchasing process and options for dealing with bumps in the road. during that process especially in the present market. She is well versed in the maintenance and construction of houses so is able to answer most questions, especially for someone like me relocating from a very different climate and culture. Her experience in the Wilmington area makes her a perfect resource for handymen, pest control, inspectors, lenders, and points of interest. I cannot sing Ms. Caroline's accolades enough.
