ZillowVERIFIED When we decided to sell our house, I checked out Zillow for realtors who had a lot of sales in our area, and then I read their reviews. Caroline's reviews were impressive and I especially liked that she offered staging as part of her expertise. I called and got an immediate response from Carolina: a very enthusiastic, energetic lady. She and Tania came to assess our house and encouraged us to sell it for top dollar. Her team actually came in and PAINTED some of our wood work and some new doors we just had installed. While we cleaned the house and tried to refresh it, they came behind with their eagle eyes and spotted areas that needed improvement. They brought in chairs and pillows and bold accent pieces to spruce up our home to make it look showcase ready, making good on their claim that they stage houses. They were also very kind and patient with my elderly father in helping him get his side of the house ready for show. Thanks to everyone working together to declutter, depersonalize and glam-it-up, we sold our home on the second day it was listed, and even got a strong, signed backup contract to ease our minds if something fell through with the first buyer. A lot of people say, "If you sold that quickly, then you probably sold for too low." But, Caroline took our home in a community where the comps are in the mid-$100Ks and was able to justify us selling our home for almost $220K (a ways above what we would have asked without their help). Our home will now be known as the highest priced house ever to sell in our community. So, if you're looking for a go-getter, someone who, with your faith and cooperation, will help you get top dollar and will be there to hold your hand through the process, Caroline is the one to go with; and I give Tania many kudos for giving us advice to make decisions on how to handle the offers we received.

She was referred to us by a friend in the Wilmington area (we are in New Jersey) and it was a match made in heaven. She is the epitome of professional, conscientious, communicative, informed, and efficient. The woman is a machine! She has talent that I doubt many other realtors have in their field. She has a very strong work ethic, dedication, knowledge (about EVERYTHING) and she is tireless! I happened upon Caroline while searching homes in the area on Zillow. There was one home in particular that I was interested in, and she had the listing. She already had another offer, and the other offer ended up higher than mine; so I didn't get the house. But Caroline diligently continue to work for me remotely, while I was in California. She made appointments to view numerous homes, took pictures, emailed extensive, detailed information about each one, both pros and cons. She was honest about the downfalls of each home as well as the highlights. She got to know me and what I was looking for, and she wouldn't allow me to get sucked into a house that she knew I wouldn't ultimately love.Best of all, despite her busy schedule with all of her clients, she made me feel important and valued. After a short while, it was easy to trust in Caroline and know that she had my best interests at heart.After working with me for over a month, we found a wonderful home 10 minutes from the beach, and she negotiated a price that I wanted to offer, not one that she decided on. We are now in escrow, and she is extremely conscientious about helping me fulfill every item on my due diligence list. When I came into town to look at the house, which is as fabulous as Caroline described it to be, Caroline took me around on a sightseeing tour--even though her kids were at home waiting for her at 6 p.m. on a Friday night. I feel extraordinarily blessed to have come upon such a wonderful woman and such a fantastic realtor. I highly recommend Caroline. In addition, Caroline works with another lady, Buffy, who is also extremely friendly and helpful. I have also met the other agents and assistants in the office, all friendly and warm. Even though I live over two hours away from the property I was selling, I never had to feel nervous about a single thing because she was my rock and kept everything under control.Caroline jumped into action the moment I made contact with her. She staged my house beautifully, going above and beyond to get the house in the most marketable shape possible. We received several compliments on how well-staged the house was from potential buyers and their agents. Throughout the entire process, she was always keenly aware of what items needed to be addressed before a potential client went to view the property. There were a few incidents when we couldnt find a yard service to perform maintenance in the needed time-frame. Many agents would have thrown their hands in the air and let the chips fall where they may. Not Caroline; she took matters into her own hands and trimmed bushes, pulled weeds, and even got on top of the house and cleaned the gutters!We went under contract several times due to repair issues that were discovered during the inspection process. Thanks to how well Caroline staged the house, it never stayed on the market very long before going back under contract. In the interim periods, Caroline was indispensable in having the needed repairs made. She knows the local area extremely well and has many contacts that she was able to leverage to get repairs made quickly and at more than reasonable prices.Despite her contacts, we had a difficult time finding a suitable contractor to fix structural damage that was discovered in the crawl space. This was not for lack of trying. She worked relentlessly to find someone. She struggled right alongside me while we dealt with inept and dishonest contractors, and also went to bat for me on more than one occasion when contractors weren't doing what they promised. She made it a point to check in on them while they were working to make sure they were doing what they agreed to do.Caroline always kept me informed, well-advised, and most importantly, calm. She was the seasoned captain that kept me on course no matter how hard storms raged. She never wavered and was always willing to make sacrifices to make things happen. I can't stress this point enough: If you're looking to buy or sell a property, Caroline is the advocate you NEED. Having a trustworthy, hardworking agent is crucial when dealing with real estate. And, I firmly believe that you will find no other agent that will work as hard for you as Caroline. If you're looking for an agent, stop reading. Pick up the phone and give her a call or email her. We took the house off the market while we tackled the renovations but within 30 days we had an open house that completely erased the houses lack luster reputation. She furnished every room with her own staging furniture and had professional pictures taken and posted on all the real estate websites and social media. We had 29 showings in 3 winter months and got a beach house under contract in January! Wow! She furnished every room with her own staging furniture and had professional pictures taken and posted on all the real estate websites and social media. We had 29 showings in 3 winter months and got a beach house under contract in January! Wow!
