5 stars isn't enough! Michael Ayre was hands-down the best real estate experience we've ever had. Michael stepped in with a clear plan and had our home sold in a few short weeks. His knowledge of the local market is unmatched. He guided us through every step with professionalism and transparency. He is proactive, detail-oriented and gets results fast. Look no further.

Danielle was patient as we did not have a real timeline to purchase a home. However, when we saw a place we were interested she jumped right in and guided us through every step! She negotiated well and came prepared with excellent resources for quotes. Even after purchase she has been wonderful for any outstanding items! Thank you so much, Danielle!

Working with Danielle was such a positive experience from start to finish. What can often feel like a stressful and overwhelming process was made incredibly easy and comfortable thanks to her guidance, patience, and expertise. I would highly recommend using Danielle if you are looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy and locally involved agent. Would give 10 stars if I could!

I've bought and sold real estate in the Vail Valley since 1996, and I've never been more impressed with a broker and his or her team than I am with Tom Dunn and his associates. They proactively sought highly qualified buyers, ensuring that whoever saw my house was my target purchaser. They were diligent and analytical, highly responsive, and had their fingers on the pulse of the market. Plus, they were an absolute delight to work with and always followed through. I'd trust no one else to help me navigate the real-estate waters in the Vail Valley and can't recommend these insightful professionals more highly.

Mike did an exemplary job of listing And selling our house. He was great from day one helping us decide how to stage setting the price and negotiating with the buyers.
