My wife and I were looking to come down from the mountains and find a home in the Denver area to start our family. Michael listened to what our needs were for a new home and set-up all the listings for us every Saturday for three weeks, so that we could be as efficient as possible in looking for a home over an hour from where we lived. Michael was very knowledgeable about real-estate in the area and was helpful in directing in what to look for when buying a first home. There were many challenges since we were out of state buyers, with different home priorities. I wanted a great kitchen & my husband a great view. I will continue to work with Mike on all my real estate needs! I will be using Mike when it comes time to list my home. I feel it is rare in this industry to find a realtor that will go the extra mile for you. I am having a few little issues with trying to get a permit on this project, (to build a new custom home), and Mike is stepping up and still working just as hard as he did in the beginning to make this project go through. When you are putting up a lot of money, you want a realtor that will guide you in the right direction. It is very important to have this trust with someone. I feel that I can put that trust in Mike, and get the right, accurate, and honest answers that I need in order to make the right decision for me. I would recommend Mike to anyone the needed a great realtor. Honesty is what I hang my hat on and I feel Mike is the same way!

On his initial walk through, he was quite frank and realistic about what needed to be done to get the property ready to go on the market.
