LIV Sothebys

I first reached out to Ben and Erin when I was just casually looking and not ready to commit to buying a home. From the very beginning, they took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and the areas where I wanted to live, without ever making me feel pressured. We stopped by one house, and I immediately fell in love with it. Before I knew it, I was putting in an offer. From that first conversation all the way through closing, Ben and Erin were absolutely outstanding. They made sure I understood every part of the contract, answered what felt like 5,000 questions with patience and professionalism, and guided me through the entire process with confidence. Buying a home can be overwhelming, but I always felt like I was in great hands. Their knowledge, responsiveness, and genuine care made all the difference. What impressed me even more was their support after closing. They connected me with excellent contractors who did quality work at fair prices, making the transition into my new home much easier. I could go on and on, but Ben and Erin are simply incredible. If youre looking to buy or sell a home, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Ben and Erin were amazing to work with. They helped me buy a condo in Cherry Creek. From day one, they were incredibly professional, responsive, and knowledgeable about the local market. They were very responsive and helpful in every aspect of the process. I cant believe how they patiently walked me through every step and answered every question I had. Thanks to their dedication, we closed smoothly. If you are looking for a dedicated real estate agent in the Denver area, look no further!
