Annette had been working on finding me a co-op for the past year or so. Annette was very knowledgeable with all the rules and procedures on getting a co op and what knew the length of time it would take . She Had a lot of patience with me and being I was out of state she took videos for me so I wouldnt have to make trips. I am definitely going to miss our talks and chats . Annette definitely goes the extra mile for you.

Annette is an excellent real estate broker. In addition to discovering exactly the type of property we were looking for, Annette is extremely organized and clear in her communications. Our offer was accepted without any problems and Anette was able to negotiate with the seller on some minor issues to achieve the exact timeline to close the transaction. Annette brought her knowledge and expertise of the local area to achieve our goals. We closed last week which went without a hitch. We would highly recommend Annette!

Firstly, Annette Miller is one in a million, from the beginning she listen to everything we wanted in a house to buy.She made the journey very easy ,there was no pressure to buy something we did not connection with. She is very friendly person, but she takes her business seriously. When we saw thing that we wanted, and did not get it she was always reassuring us there is a house out there for us. When we finally our for ever home it was partly her negotiating the price. We will recommend her to anyone who wants to use her expertise
