ZillowVERIFIEDAs someone who is not easily impressed, I cannot say enough about the exemplary service provided by Annette Miller. The search to find a home in the area you want, the price your comfortable with and the features you need is daunting. You cannot expect a real estate agent alone to get the job done (you gotta do your own research too) and in many cases I am sure many people will attest that they felt like they did most of the work themselves in finding their home. That was a worry for me as you can get locked into a contract with an underperforming agent but my gut feeling to go with Annette was rewarded. I did a lot of searching beforehand and during myself and she was step to step with me in making the appts, providing pros/cons of some listings and producing many finds herself. Our exhausting search ranged from one area to another, a seller dropping out of contract, and most importantly her saving the day getting an agreement on our dream home at our price at seemingly the last minute when we were almost resigned to a secondary choice. I must also note her work ethic and integrity is unquestioned as we worked quite sometime together without a sellers' agent/buyer due to a simple mistake but she worked hard and came through for us regardless of that. I assure you, you cannot go wrong choosing her representation.
