Jada did an outstanding job selling my house. It sold within 2 months. I highly recommend Jada. I had a previous realtor and had it on the market for over a year and never sold but once Jada came along it sold literally within two months. Jada walks you through everything step by step sends post cards to the neighbors that the house is up for sale and does media advertising and so on. Its great! It was a very easy closing the deal. I even recommended Jada to one of my friends and she will be selling a house for one of my friends. Which they are currently in contact with each other right now about the house getting ready to be put up for sale. So another house will be going on the market with Jada soon. Jada is a go getter and this is the kind of realtor that you want. Shes super sweet, kind, friendly and knows her stuff.
