LifePoint Real Estate

This is my 2nd time working with Mandy. She helped me purchase my first home and now the sale of it and the purchase of a new build. The experience has been exceptional both times. Mandy has a well rounded personality. She comes equipped with great customer service and mass knowledge within her field as a realtor.

Mandy gave great advice to get home ready to sell. Mandy had an Open House and took care of the closing tasks. All we did was show up to sign the final papers.

Mandy is an absolute gem! She is a down-to-earth person, put us at ease from the first time we met, but, at the same time got down to the business of selling our home. She was very easy to work with, and, is very knowledgeable when it comes to the business of selling real estate. After we first met her, we had no reason to look elsewhere for an agent. She was the one we wanted to work with. During the selling process, whenever we had questions, she was available at all times to answer them. She worked diligently with us on every aspect of the sale. She was very thorough, explained each step in detail to us, and, made us feel quite comfortable in our decisions. And, what was most important to me, she made it easier for me to go through this process of selling my childhood home. Would we hire Mandy again in the future to sell our current home? You betcha!

Gave good advice to prepare our home to sell. She had an open house to generate potential buyers. Mandy performed the closing efficiently, we just showed up to sign the final papers.
