Even though the day we hoped to look for homes was the day of her WEDDING, Mandy stepped in to show us around on day one. Angela then spent a great deal of time finding houses in the Columbus market that suited our needs. We were moving from more than an hour away, so early on we relied heavily on online listings, but every time we saw something promising, others beat us to it. Angie understood it was vital to find houses just as they came on the market, and managed to show us brand new listings that blew our online searches out of the water. When we met I was very specific in what my husband & I were searching for in every detail. We did not have a home to sell & were already pre-approved so we had the opportunity to act quickly once we found the home we wanted. Mandy went to work right away. The market was a little slow because it was still winter but spring was nearing. Mandy was constantly searching & communicating with us. Not only did she get us to view this house within 24 hours of the house going onto the market, we were in contract within approx. 48 hours on the market. Her knowledge and experience helped us purchase our perfect first home rather than settling for another house that did not have everything we wanted. We we're originally looking for a spec house that was more expensive, did not have all of the upgrades we wanted but Mandy negotiated this house for a great price and it has even more upgrades than we could of wanted! Mandy made it extremely enjoyable looking for a house when at times it could have potentially been very stressful. We saw some interesting houses but ultimately found the best house on the market!
