Life in MoCo, LLC with eXp Realty

I think I just had the world?s BEST house selling experience. When my mother went into an independent living facility I had to empty, clean and sell the house that she had lived in for 40+ years. I spent several weeks moving the items she/we wanted to keep, and then was faced with needing to find a realtor. I was lucky enough to get linked with D?Ann Melnick. Boy, was I lucky! She was fantastic! Incredibly professional, unbelievably prepared at all times and an immediate answer for all of those little speed bumps that come with selling an older house. Communication-great. All calls/emails/texts returned promptly. Knowledge of local market?solid. Organization-thorough. She worked with me making a timeline of how to get the house ready, when to put the Coming on the Market Soon listing, when to get the outstanding professional photographer there to take the pictures?she had it all. Solutions to the many speedbumps of old houses?immediate. We had a slightly-over-radon-reading; she called someone and had a radon mitigation estimate the same day. Her list of resources was amazing?cleaners, contracters, estate-cleaner-outers?she had it all. D?Ann took the 8 offers and presented them to me with comparisons and recommendations. All of her advice was spot on. Closing was smooth and painless. I just cannot recommend this professional enough. If you need to sell/buy a house in the area, she is the person for you.

DAnn proved to be incredibly helpful in the journey of buying our first home. She provided us with a great deal of guidance and professional know how that we needed a first time home buyers. DAn went above and beyond to ensure that we ended up in an excellent home that we are thrilled with.

DAnn did a fantastic job of helping my wife and I find exactly the right home for our family. We were moving from out of state and were unable to tour homes in person, so DAnn traveled around Montgomery County and did virtual tours for us, even narrating by text when shed lost her voice! She helped us put in an offer on our first choice with a very tight time requirement, and because of her responsiveness and thoroughness our offer was accepted. She never missed a beat during the purchasing process, and even after closing she has remained extremely responsive to anything we need help with. I wholeheartedly recommend her if youre looking for a real estate agent in or near Montgomery County.

DAnn knows her stuff! She will bat for you no matter your ask. She will be honest with you on expectations HOWEVER she will fight for whatever you say you want! I am so happy that I connected with her and she helped me through my closing and beyond! She went above and beyond to ensure the location, amenities, and safety features were set for me. Beyond grateful!

D'Ann did an outstanding job assisting me with the purchase of my first home. Her expertise in the market area was truly impeccable which made me feel safe the entire step of the way. D'Ann is a very trusting, compassionate and caring person, I can't imagine going through this process without her. She was involved in all aspects of closing, walkthroughs, meetups with the builder, etc. From late night phone calls and text messages to long advice conversations in person I am truly thankful for D'Ann. I highly recommend her :)
