He is very knowledgeable about home construction and took time to point out areas of concern during every house tour. He was very responsive and flexible. Very nice guy ! He explained every step in the home buying process. We were first time homebuyers with lots of questions. Do not hesitate to use him as your realtor!

Set up a house tour, all well and good. However, when I showed up to the house at the time and date we set up, the realtor never showed up. On further inspection, the for sale sign that was there previously was gone. I was NEVER contacted about this. I traveled 35 miles to Flint for a house tour that I was never told wasn't going to happen. I stayed 20 minutes in a shady neighborhood when I didn't even need to be there. I even left a voicemail, asking if the house tour was still happening, after trying to call twice. I still haven't received a response, a week later. No communication whatsoever. A simple voicemail or call to let me know would have saved me so much trouble and this bad review.
