ZillowVERIFIED James recently helped me find a home to rent. In this process I did have a lot of specific requirements in home, including acceptance large size dog. James was very quick to find me a list of homes that fit my requirements and once I found one that worked, he contacted them the next day. Within three days he had been in contact and had set up a meeting with the landlord to have everything signed. During this process I lived out of state and James was very accommodating of that and helpful in arranging things while I was gone. At the time of the signing James went through the whole lease with me to make sure everything was correct and fair, evening pointing out things I wouldn't have looked for. I am very grateful for James's help in this process. Moving is always stressful, but his help took away a lot of that stress.
