Levinson Real Estate

Nathan is exceptional! He was great to work with. He made me feel at ease, and was always looking out for my best interest. I never felt pressured to do anything I wasnt comfortable with. I was never in the dark about anything happening. Lines of communication were always open and clear. Overall, a great guy to work with when selling my home.

I cant say enough good things about Nathan. Ive worked with him on both buying and selling my fix-and-flip properties, and he has been there for me through every step of the process. He didnt just handle the real estate side of things aEUR" he advised me on the entire process and helped me make better decisions along the way. Nathan is easily one of the most knowledgeable people Ive ever dealt with when it comes to real estate. He knows his stuff, hes honest, hes responsive, and he genuinely cares about getting things done the right way. What really says a lot to me is how highly everyone speaks of him. His colleagues, lenders, and everyone Ive dealt with through him have nothing but good things to say about Nathan and his wife. I honestly havent met anyone who has had anything negative to say about them. If youre looking for someone who actually knows the business and will have your back throughout the entire process, I highly recommend Nathan. Hes an expert at what he does, and Ill continue using him for my real estate investments.

Breath of fresh air. Got right to work selling my house in record time. Also helped me with some tenant and property manager issues. Turn key results. Very happy in the outcome !
