ZillowVERIFIED Nathan helped us get our home sold extremely fast for the most money possible. We knew he was the right agent for us when he arrived at our home for the first time completely prepared with comps in hand, and after a walkthrough of the home he was able to show us a complete breakdown of what he believed our profits would be after closing (which were spot on). When issues arose they were resolved immediately. We pre-signed our closing documents so Nathan went to the closing on our behalf. This way we could focus on moving into our new home without the stress of attending. He even drove 30 minutes out of his way after to deliver our closing packet. He is very responsive and always made sure we were aware of the situation in its entirety and gave us the best course of action. If you want your home sold fast by someone who does their homework and will know exactly what moves need to be made, then call Nathan Bollman! You wont regret it.

I interviewed several agents and they all wanted me to spend thousands of dollars in order to sell. Nathan reassured me that in my case, it wasn't necessary. We were able to get asking. Most importantly, Nathan and his team were able to close the deal. Some technical issues arose and the team were able to address the issues and complete the deal. This is why we hire real estate agents. I don't have enough good things to say about Nathan and his team.
