Kat was fantastic, responsive, and knowledgeable. She and the Levinson team made everything seem easy, and they took care of everything. All the way from listing to closing, they nailed every detail.

She walked through our home with us before listing it and made valuable suggestions of updates and remodels that would help us sell it quickly and for more when it came time to listing. She kept an eye on the market and suggested we bump up our listing when the timing looked right. Her photographer was incredible and they had some excellent marketing! We had an offer for over-asking on Day 1 and multiple offers by Day 3. We ultimately accepted the original. She didn't pressure us to accept any of them, and was open to continuing through our Open House if that is what we wanted. When reviewing the offers, she gave her opinion and we took it and things went smoothly.She was incredibly valuable going through the building process of our new home with us. She personally gave me all the advice I asked for and talked through options with me. Kat has an eye for design and knows what is updated and what is outdated. She went to our building meetings with us and our design meeting, which I felt was way over and beyond her responsibilities.
