ZillowVERIFIED We chose Kat Thompson as our Realtor to sell our current home and help us through the process of building our new home. We chose her because she is so personable and knowledgeable - especially about the building process! She and her team kept us updated along the way and were very responsive whenever we had questions.During the sale of our home, she helped every single step of the way. She walked through our home with us before listing it and made valuable suggestions of updates and remodels that would help us sell it quickly and for more when it came time to listing. She kept an eye on the market and suggested we bump up our listing when the timing looked right. Her photographer was incredible and they had some excellent marketing! We had an offer for over-asking on Day 1 and multiple offers by Day 3. We ultimately accepted the original. She didn't pressure us to accept any of them, and was open to continuing through our Open House if that is what we wanted. When reviewing the offers, she gave her opinion and we took it and things went smoothly.She was incredibly valuable going through the building process of our new home with us. She personally gave me all the advice I asked for and talked through options with me. Kat has an eye for design and knows what is updated and what is outdated. She went to our building meetings with us and our design meeting, which I felt was way over and beyond her responsibilities. She has experience working with builders so she knows her stuff!I strongly recommend meeting with Kat. You'll love working with her!

ZillowVERIFIED We had a terrific experience looking for, finding, and buying a home in Edmond, OK, with Kat's help. A few things really stand out as "above and beyond" - first she volunteered for numerous remote showings for us (we live in Virginia, and only came out to look at the homes in person after narrowing down). She was very good at providing an overview of each home, and patiently showing us each aspect that we requested. Most significantly, she suggested a particular home for us to view based on its' similarity to others we had requested. This one turned out to be our favorite and we eventually purchased that as our beautiful new home. Her instincts were perfect! All of her interactions through the entire process were highly professional and prompt. Definitely worthy of a full 5-stars!
