To be honest this was an easy decision to select her as my buying agent. I had previously sold my last condo through Jess in one day with multiple offers. Jess as a selling agent was even better. She listened to me, asked for feedback and then went to work. She presented only condos that she knew would fit my needs. Her local knowledge, experience and customer satisfaction is what makes her successful. When it came to making an offer she guided me in the process and was an honest and professional negotiator. There were a few issues during the final walk through, which she reacted to quickly and handled them. Then came closing, I was able to see how other realtors can be unprepared or just don't care about their clients. Needless to say Jess will be the only agent I use and recommend for South Jersey.
