ZillowVERIFIED When we were ready to purchase a second home years back I did some research and I liked what a lot of reviewers were saying about the Lees Agency on New Jersey Avenue, Wildwood NJ particularly about Jessica and Rali. We purchased our first home in Wildwood Crest going with them and they were always available and answered any of our first time purchasing and a little nervous questions with knowledge and kindness. Our transaction to purchase went very smoothly thanks to Jessica and Rali. When we were ready to sell our first home because we wanted to upgrade of course we went right back to Lee's Agency to put our place up for sale and to purchase another. We found our second home and with Jessica and Rali's help settled and have been very happy with the whole transaction. Also any recommendations for companies that you may need coming form them have all been positive. ZillowVERIFIED To be honest this was an easy decision to select her as my buying agent. I had previously sold my last condo through Jess in one day with multiple offers. Jess as a selling agent was even better. She listened to me, asked for feedback and then went to work. She presented only condos that she knew would fit my needs. Her local knowledge, experience and customer satisfaction is what makes her successful. When it came to making an offer she guided me in the process and was an honest and professional negotiator. There were a few issues during the final walk through, which she reacted to quickly and handled them. Then came closing, I was able to see how other realtors can be unprepared or just don't care about their clients. Needless to say Jess will be the only agent I use and recommend for South Jersey.

Every single time that we wanted to come down to see a house or several, she accommodated our schedules. She guided us on things about the homes that we NEVER would have known without her. She knew about laws that we wouldn't have known that were big factors in our decision making. There are so many intricacies about shore home buying that are incredibly important to understand before making a decision, and Jess knew it all. She knew what we wanted and sent us only the most appropriate properties to review. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area, process and specifics for the area (ie flood insurance requirements). She was the most responsive real estate professional I've worked with. Living 90 miles from where we were buying, she understood this and we were able to communicate virtually as needed, then meet in person as well. Rali returns calls promptly which is great when you live 100+ miles from the area you are searching in. She went out to properties and took pictures of outside views for me so I could see what we would be looking at from our window. As an example, on one Sunday afternoon, we received 5 offers for our home. The offers came in succession. Jessica spent the day fielding these offers and kept us apprised each step of the way. She was really on top of it. At around 8pm that evening Jessica finalized the sale for us and we were very happy. Got more than we asked for ! I also want to give a shout out to her father, Ed, who founded the business. When looking for a realtor, I didn't have Lees Realty on the list until a friend recommended Jessica. I interviewed a number of realtors. Afther receiving my friend's recommendation, I called the office around 5pm hoping to get Jessica. Ed answered the phone. I talked to him and said I was looking for realtor and although Jessica was with another customer, he said he'd be at the house and showed up in 20 minutes.
