Charlie was beyond amazing. When we first met with him to review all of our wants and price range we were nervous, as first time home buyers are, but Charlie right away showed us a ton of options available for us. Tried to reach to see a house he listed...makes it extremely difficult because his firm is the actual buyer. They just post the houses online to cause a bidding war and grow value for the properties. This agent is a joke. Not helpful and his office was even more rude to me and my agent.
