ZillowVERIFIED I contacted the offices of Stephen Leatherman to see a coop in Long Beach. For about 3 weeks I told them I cant fee the apartment during the week. The day before I was supposed to see it I was told the appointment was canceled. Only after 3 weeks I was told they only show during the week. Then I made an appointment during the week. I confirmed it via their automated text program. I was literally about to drive there and they said I didnt confirm so they canceled on me. This is a very unprofessional service and do not plan on recommending them to anyone. I only gave them one star because I didnt think it would let me give them no stars

ZillowVERIFIED My office suite was on the market for three years when I decided to change realtors and hire Kevin. I had maybe three or four prospective buyers contact me in the three year period. I was not optimistic. At the beginning, Kevin couldn't produce results either. So I contacted him with one special request after another. I asked him to place ads in newspapers and on web sites specifically for professionals. I expected him to ask me to pay for them. But each time I asked, the answer was an unwavering yes. Kevin agreed to write the ads himself and foot the cost. At the start, I told Kevin I would need an office to rent the day I move out. Selling my office was a daunting enough task. How was he supposed to help me find a new office at the time of the sale? Well, he managed both tasks and the sale price on the office made me happy as well. Kevin was professional from start to finish and responsive every step of the way. He was a pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED I just had the worst experience with Kevin Letterman. I was interested in seeing a house in massapequa. I had spoken with his assistant on Tuesday and set an appointment for 4pm. About an hour later his assistant, Dennis texts me to move the appointment to 4:30. On Thursday I get another text asking me to move my appointment to 5pm. We change the time to 5pm. On Friday, the day of the appointment his assistant calls me to move the appointment to 5:30pm because there is going to be traffic, we reluctantly agreed but said this would be the latest, we were assured that Kevin would be there at 5:30pm sharp. About an hour before the appointment I get a call from Kevin himself asking to change the time to 6:30pm. After trying to figure out a better time/day to see the house we finally agree for 6:30pm. 6:30pm comes around and Kevin does not show. I call his number, get his answering machine telling me to call his assistant. At first, his assistant could not locate him. About 15 minutes later, when his assistant does locate him, I am informed that Kevin wouldn't be able to make the appointment because he is stuck in traffic. The very same traffic that we moved the appointment back for four times at this point. I recommend finding a different real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED I really like Kevin. He is a normal guy and wants to help you with what you want to be helped with. He asked me what I was looking for and told me he believed we could find it and I felt he was telling the truth and not wasting my time. He is dedicated to the sale and worked to get it done ASAP since that's what I needed. I am happy in my new home. Only comments on the negative side to keep this real is that he is very busy with other clients (not a major issue) and that I had to find the best listings myself including the one for the house I'm living in now. But I personally don't have a major gripe with these things. After the sale, Kevin sent me several housewarming packages that were very nice and let me know that even months later his clients still get his appreciation. I'd highly consider using Kevin again in the future.
