Our family has used Adree Rojas for several years for purchasing a house in Rancho Mirage and a condo in Palm Springs. We anticipate using her as the listing agent for some other properties we own in Palm Springs and for future purchases.Her approach is very "low pressure", which for us as both buyers and sellers of real estate works well. She also does not get crazed in difficult points of the real estate process, as many agents do, add makes the process a pleasant one. Her knowledge of the area and the RE market in the desert cities is helpful to both longer term buyers/sellers (we've lived here 12 years) and "newbies" who don't benefit from agents who have been here less time than they have!Agents come and go in the desert cities...Adree has been here a long time and will be here long after many "newbies" has left...and that works for us.
