ReviewAndree helped us with purchasing one home in Rancho Mirage and selling two homes in Palm Springs. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, resourceful and got the job done. The search for the new house took a while and covered many different areas and properties in the Coachella Valley. Adree offered suggestions, guidance and insight on the options. The two houses we sold went very quickly, even in a less than seller friendly market. We were pleased with all three transactions. She also was the agent for the purchase of a property by our son and his business partner. All worked out well.

Review Adree was great. My partner and I were in the market for a second property in Palm Springs, but we live out of town. She made the process very easy. I normally have a lot of questions and need to look at all of my options before making any commitments. She took the time to sit down and listen to all of my needs and what I was looking for in the new property. She walked us through the different properties we were interested in looking into, plus she made her due diligence and made all the necessary research about the properties and the locations they were in. Once we decided on the property, she went above and beyond and met all of our expectations. She's very responsive and always makes herself available to answer any questions. Plus, she made the shopping experience seamless. This was great for us, since we live out of town.We highly recommend her.Thank you, Adree!

Review Adree helped us buy an investment property in Palm Springs and was so helpful and knowledgeable. We are not from Palm Springs so had a lot of questions about the area and about the Citys policies and procedures for owning a rental property. She really helped guide us through the whole process and has continued to be responsive when other questions have come up. I would highly recommend Adree!

Review I had a condo I needed to sell that was on lease land and was going to be a difficult sale. Adree approached the situation as a personal challenge and was able to sell the property in just over 3 months (the previous realtor I had been working with had the condo listed for almost 8 months with little result). Adree kept me informed throughout the process and was very knowledgeable on local laws regarding my situation in particular. I would definitely use Adree again when it comes time to buy or sell.

Review I feel extremely confident in referring Adree as your next realtor. I have purchased many homes throughout my lifetime and found Adree to be one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. In the last two years, Adree has helped me purchase an investment property and the home I am living in right now in the Coachella Valley. Adree is a very knowledgeable realtor and is a good person to bounce ideas off of when making decisions. In real estate, time is definitely of the essence, and I have found Adree to be very quick to schedule viewings and when handling paper work. Adree has a positive and aEURoecan doaEUR? attitude that is a welcome attribute in a realtor. I know you will enjoy working with Adree. She is truly one of the best!

Review Adree helped us purchase a second home in Palm Springs in 2016. Within a short time after meeting her, she understood what we were looking for and helped steer us in the right direction! We are very happy with our purchase (we made an offer within a few days of meeting her and seeing available properties) and with the service we received from Adree and her team.

Review Adree is the best. She tirelessly worked to help get me a great deal on a four-plex in Palm Springs. She's very affable and knowledgable, and she walked me through the complex process of purchasing the home. Since the sale, she has still been in constant contact with me, generously advising me on issues and connecting me with handymen and housekeepers in the area. She has also been proactive in finding me new investment properties. Highly recommend her![update]Since my first review, Adree has helped me sell my four-plex at a nice profit, in addition to doing an amazing job at facilitating the purchase of three new condos. I plan on purchasing several more places in the coming year and will, no doubt, be using her. She's the best.

Review After 6 months unsuccessfully looking for a renter of my building, I asked Adree for help. She was able to find me a renter within a month. She represented me throughout the process and negotiated a term that both myself and the renter and satisfied. I will definitely use Adree again.

Review She really knows the market and knows how to negotiate for her clients. She's very honest and doesn't give you false hopes and keeps you on track. I wasn't an easy client for her but she knew how to keep me focused and I bought my first property in Palm Springs last July. I will use Adree for my next transaction too.

Review I was a new resident of California and had rented a condo, the owner of the condo decided to sell..I was in a panic as to my options, not knowing the area...Thank goodness I met Adree Rojas, thru a friend and she drove me around looking at properties...it took a week, but she did find me a property, closed in a month and I am very happy with my decision.

Review Our family has used Adree Rojas for several years for purchasing a house in Rancho Mirage and a condo in Palm Springs. We anticipate using her as the listing agent for some other properties we own in Palm Springs and for future purchases. Her approach is very "low pressure", which for us as both buyers and sellers of real estate works well. She also does not get crazed in difficult points of the real estate process, as many agents do, add makes the process a pleasant one. Her knowledge of the area and the RE market in the desert cities is helpful to both longer term buyers/sellers (we've lived here 12 years) and "newbies" who don't benefit from agents who have been here less time than they have!Agents come and go in the desert cities...Adree has been here a long time and will be here long after many "newbies" has left...and that works for us.
