Our sale of a house in Medford went smooth as silk. Easiest process imaginable. We just took Kristin's advice on staging and making the improvements she suggested. We got a over a dozen offers, and took one that was way above our asking price. But most importantly, Kristin took care of EVERYTHING, arranging for home improvements, staging, doing all the paperwork with the real estate lawyer, arranging for junk removal, housecleaning, front lawn yardwork, smoke detector preinspection and inspection. Her byword was always "Oh, I can run that over to you" or "We can take care of that."

Kristin is hands down the BEST realtor I have ever worked with. She bent over backwards in our search for the perfect house. She answered my calls regardless no matter the time of the call.. even on her family vacation! She has a wealth of knowledge and made our home buying experience painless.
