We met Juliet through a common connection at Evergreen Day School. Juliet led us through an introduction to home-buying and then sent us weekly listings while we got organized to be more serious in our search. Juliet was responsive and knowledgeable and frank, which we really appreciated. I always felt that Juliet took the time to listen to our questions and concerns and I always felt she had our best interests in mind. Juliet advocated for us and anticipated next steps and helped us get organized. She even met with a contractor in inclement weather to get an estimate for us. I would highly recommend working with Juliet.

Juliet was resourceful, patient and very knowledgeable. She was invaluable in helping us find a home while we were located out of state and in the summer of the pandemic! She visited houses for us and took videos or live-streamed her visits, depending on our needs and availability. She really went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for!

Juliet hit the ground running once her and I had been connected. I had done some research and had rough ideas of what I was looking for, but hadn't physically looked at a ton of properties just yet. Juliet helped me paint a picture based off my rough ideas and took me on a full day tour of a few places that hit on the criteria I had settled on. They all hit on a few things I was looking for, but more importantly she helped me identify what I didn't want. This helped me prioritize what was most important to me. I even considered an offer, but she could tell it wasn't 100% what I was looking for and helped me realize I should move on. She was very patient through this initial process, even though it didn't take long to settle on what would eventually be my new home! Just a few weeks after we started, while life was still somewhat normal pre-pandemic, I found the house I wanted. She helped me navigate the entire process with a ton of thought and care and showed every step of the way she had my best interest in heart. Even during a pandemic, with so much uncertainty for everyone! As we were closing on the house, we were up against the clock against a full shut down and social distancing in response to the pandemic. With so much unknown, she was very helpful and supportive every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend Juliet! She must make it look like a breeze, if she was this good during the earliest stages of a pandemic.
