ZillowVERIFIED Juliet hit the ground running once her and I had been connected. I had done some research and had rough ideas of what I was looking for, but hadn't physically looked at a ton of properties just yet. Juliet helped me paint a picture based off my rough ideas and took me on a full day tour of a few places that hit on the criteria I had settled on. They all hit on a few things I was looking for, but more importantly she helped me identify what I didn't want. This helped me prioritize what was most important to me. I even considered an offer, but she could tell it wasn't 100% what I was looking for and helped me realize I should move on. She was very patient through this initial process, even though it didn't take long to settle on what would eventually be my new home! Just a few weeks after we started, while life was still somewhat normal pre-pandemic, I found the house I wanted. She helped me navigate the entire process with a ton of thought and care and showed every step of the way she had my best interest in heart. Even during a pandemic, with so much uncertainty for everyone! As we were closing on the house, we were up against the clock against a full shut down and social distancing in response to the pandemic. With so much unknown, she was very helpful and supportive every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend Juliet! She must make it look like a breeze, if she was this good during the earliest stages of a pandemic.

ZillowVERIFIED I know, 5 stars across the board... but its true. Juliet went above and beyond in getting our house on the market, sold and closed. First day, Juliet showed up prepared and ready. She communicated clearly About the process, the terms of our relationship and her proposed strategy. Once we decided to proceed, she took to it and started arranging everything. We went on the market, had a whirlwind week of showings and open houses and by the next week she had negotiated a very pleasing offer. Between this point and closing, Juliet went beyond all that was expected. Our home and legal arrangements had special difficulties and requirements that she handled with the proper strength, grace and knowledge needed to navigate our little mine field. I cant emphasize enough what a good job she did bringing this house to closing. If you want someone strong, knowledgeable, competent and bright fighting for you, talk to her.
