After receiving a recommendation from a family member, I decided to contract with Wilson and Wolfe after experiencing much frustration trying to sell the house myself. When Lauren and I met to review the house particulars and to establish a game plan, I quickly realized the advantages of retaining experienced, professional support and started to relax 'just a bit'. Access to an existing customer base, advertising resources, and knowing exactly what must be done and when, eliminated some of the unknowns I was facing when trying to sell on my own. Lauren was always in touch via phone, text, or email and her ability to eliminate all aspects of marketing with knowledge, experience, and efficiency ensured continued progress, allowing me to focus on prepping the house for the sale. Lauren also worked efficiently with the buyer's realtor and legal representative, successfully negotiated a reduction of one trade company's excessive service charge, and took it upon herself to contact and schedule final utility readings just prior to the closing. Finally, Lauren was an effective mediator during a time when I had a few disagreements with both the buyer's realtor and lawyer and turned a potentially negative consequence into a positive experience. Could not have asked for a better realtor or a better experience. Lauren was beyond helpful, attentive and kind. We were first time home buyers and helped us keep our minds at ease. She answered every question we had no matter how critical or inane. Really helped to guide us through all parts of the process with a kind hand and her great expertise.We clearly were not her only clients, but we felt like we were. We decided to one and it turned out it was good we did one as our levels were high, so we were able to get a mitigation system installation written into our closing documents.
