We actually met her 2 years before when we initially started to look, but decided to pass on getting a home at the time. She still went out of her way to show us the house and explain some things to us. This left a lasting impression and was the primary reason for us going back.She honestly helped us out in every way possible. Very accommodating, honest, and answered all our questions (there were a lot). This is a big event for most families and for many reasons it can be a really hard thing to do. Just clearing out the house was a massive and emotional job. So when the time came to decided how much work we should do to get it ready for sale we felt overwhelmed with the thought. Lauren kindly and clearly ran through our options and the pros and cons of selling as is or fixing it up. I live overseas and my parents are elderly so although we wanted to fix it up realistically we didnt think we could handle the jobaEUR|aEUR|then Lauren said we could leave the job to her and so we did!! This was the best decision we ever made!!! Lauren coordinated the whole job keeping us updated all along the way, which was not easy considering I live in a totally different time zone. Lauren and her professional team handled the final clear-out and removal of furniture, all repairs, renovations, cleaning, staging, photographs and advertisingaEUR|..the results were amazing!!!!! After a lot of investigative work on Laurens behalf and more conversations with us we were all able to easily agree on the price for the house. The first and only open house was a huge success!! We had multiple offers that Lauren professional presented and explained to us. She then successfully negotiated an offer selling the house for $30,000.00 over asking!!!! All this start to finish in just over a month!!!! Lauren then held my 81 year old parents hands and walked them through the entire process that goes from accepting the offer to the final closing, always patient and understanding along the way!!!
