Christian was outstanding both when we bought the house and when we sold, which were within 18 months of each other due to work relocation. When we bought the house, the market was booming and Christian helped us navigate the craziness of multiple offers, over ask, wild terms, etc. We were moving from out of state and were able to do it all remotely due to Christian's willingness to go beyond what was expected. When we sold the house the market was more stagnant and Christian helped us navigate that as well getting us above our target price. We even had some unfortunate circumstances surrounding the sale of the home that were outside the control of ourselves and Christian related to permits for work from before we bought the home. This put us through the ringer, but Christian was there every step of the way going well above and beyond the required. When we had to move before the house sale, Christian literally took care of everything at the house. We couldn't have asked for better support throughout the process and I would highly recommend those that want high-touch assistance to not hesitate in selecting Christian to be their agent. We will definitely recommend to friends and family moving to the area and should we move back we will be using him again.

Working with Christian to sell our condo was an absolute pleasure - his expertise and guidance throughout the process made everything seamless. He went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal while helping us deal with everything remotely.

Christian was great, responsable, efficient, knowledgeable, hardworking, and honest. We were lucky to find him and he found for us the house of our dreams.

We had the pleasure working with Christian through a lead from Zillow. Under normal circumstances, we would have sought out the real estate professional of our choice. From the first point of contact we found him to be polite and understanding. Never feeling pressured. He listened diligently to our wants and expectations of him representing our best interest. Christian provided great service negotiating with the sellers agent without having to waste anyones time going back and forth. From the showing through the purchasing process Christian was professional, provided great insight, and provided great service.

Christian is an absolute delight to work with. He goes to bat for his clients and is very detail-oriented. His real estate and home knowledge is unmatched, always ready to provide comps and advising on small details of a home you wouldn?t think of. He is always responsive and deeply cares about his clients, anytime I called, he would pick up or get back to me in a timely manner. He went through multiple rounds of tough negotiations for us on multiple houses. I?d recommend him to anyone!
