ZillowVERIFIED Christian was outstanding both when we bought the house and when we sold, which were within 18 months of each other due to work relocation. When we bought the house, the market was booming and Christian helped us navigate the craziness of multiple offers, over ask, wild terms, etc. We were moving from out of state and were able to do it all remotely due to Christian's willingness to go beyond what was expected. When we sold the house the market was more stagnant and Christian helped us navigate that as well getting us above our target price. We even had some unfortunate circumstances surrounding the sale of the home that were outside the control of ourselves and Christian related to permits for work from before we bought the home. This put us through the ringer, but Christian was there every step of the way going well above and beyond the required. When we had to move before the house sale, Christian literally took care of everything at the house. We couldn't have asked for better support throughout the process and I would highly recommend those that want high-touch assistance to not hesitate in selecting Christian to be their agent. We will definitely recommend to friends and family moving to the area and should we move back we will be using him again.

ZillowVERIFIED Christian is amazing and we had such a wonderful experience with him. He was patient and helpful in getting us acclimated to the local areas housing market. He was extremely professional with everyone we interacted with. He thoroughly investigated any prospective house by looking at the electric panel, plumbing piping and years of service on the roof/AC/water heater. He looked for things we didnt even know we should be looking for. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure we found our forever home. Hes patient, kind and genuinely wants to help his clients. ZillowVERIFIED I first reached out to Christian in December of 2020 when my relocation request was granted from my employer, My family and I were scheduled to relocate in April of 2021 but the pandemic hit which put our relocation on hold for nearly 8 months. Christian, as promised reached back out to me in August and our search for a new home continued, the market was extremely volatile and we were out of time, Out of desperation my wife and I felt we had to just put numerous offers in and take whatever we could get. After putting in my offer Christian delivered the offer letter to me within the hour and I signed it. 2 hours later Christian called me in the interest of total transparency and advised me that there was an abandoned landfill in the vicinity of the property and although it was no longer in use he wanted to make me aware. To find a realtor or anyone in sales with this level of integrity is extremely rare. This guy is diligent, selfless, and driven by the desire to help people find their home, Pleasant, engaging, and Professional at every level, The sellers realtor for the house we purchased said to him You are by far the hardest working realtor I have ever met I realize I have gone a bit long here but I cannot express how thrilled and fortunate we were to have found Christian and I highly recommend that anyone reading this review reach out to Christian to find their dream home with a realtor they can trust and one of unwavering integrity.
