Laura Sinclair Homes Inc

Highly recommend! Laura is, without a doubt, one of the best realtors weve had the pleasure to work with. Beyond her professionalism, Laura is incredibly knowledgeable, and always went the extra mile to understand and ensure our needs were met. Communication was outstanding, and we were always kept in the loop. When I didnt understand something, Laura explained the details patiently and was always supportive. Thanks to Laura's expert negotiation skills, we got that home I couldnt stop dreaming about! If you're looking for a smooth, stress-free experience, dont hesitate to call Laura!

I waited too long to engage with Laura Sinclair. My home was listed for 6 months with a well regarded regional brand real estate company. Local office just miles from my house, Brand recognition.. local market knowledge... trustworthy agents with a strong resume. I became very disappointed with the results of my decision. No strategy with an aggressive action plan and an uncomfortable lack of urgency and poor communications. Results? less than one showing a week for 6 months. I was stuck wondering what I had done wrong. Laura contacted me when my listing expired. In our first discussion, she listened to me, understood my goals and financial capacity and within daya delivered a detailed report on the local market that I could understand with a corresponding strategy to bring the right buyer to my doorstep. She coached on how to best prep my home to sell and what I should expect in the coming weeks. I also learned that her skills and talent are well matched to the EXP toolbox. Listed on a Wed. Calls began Thursday with first showing on Friday. That family fit the profile she described in her strategy and in 6 days I had a full price offer. I closed in just 30 days and she was with me every day to calm my nerves and talk me through the entire complicated process of selling and buying simultaneously. Funds just landed in my bank account ... 30 day turnaround !! Laura is a unique individual who brings light to every room she enters and her empathy and work ethic is unmatched. I encourage anyone considering a real estate transaction of any kind to invest 10 minutes with Laura. It will become the best investment you can possibly make.

Laura was very kind and helpful, went out of her way to help me. She is very honest and skilled in her job. We were looking to buy this home; she told me all the costs, tried every way to help us but we didn't have the finances.

Laura is very knowledgeable, communicative and accommodating, and she did a great job helping me through the process of buying my first home. She also helped persuade me to do it.

Getting my property sold in this market is what matters most to me, and Laura made it happen. From the very first conversation, I could tell I was working with someone who knew what she was doing and genuinely cared about getting results. What stood out the most was how quickly things moved. Laura responded to every call, text, and email almost immediately aEUR" I never had to wonder where things stood or chase her down for updates. When questions came up from buyers or paperwork needed turning around, she was already on it before I had a chance to worry. The whole process felt fast and efficient without ever feeling rushed or sloppy. She knew when to push, when to advise patience, and how to keep the deal on track when things got complicated. In a slower market where plenty of homes are sitting, mine actually sold aEUR" and that's the bottom line. Thank you, Laura! I'd recommend her to anyone looking for an agent who delivers.
