Lannon Stone Realty

I'd give Taunya more than 5 if I could. She could negotiate the weather if necessary. She has ways of doing things that bring out all of her unique qualities as a real estate agent. She came through for us 1,000%, and the home we bought was appraised at $50,000 lower than accepted offer. Taunya went the extra mile to find more comparable homes for the appraisal and got it raised to our offer. Fantastic

We used Taunya for both selling our home and purchasing our new home. She gave us great advice but never tried to push us one way or the other. She was always very responsive - even when she was on vacation! Any concerns or issues that arose, she was quick to resolve. We highly recommend Taunya for buying or selling your home!

As first time homebuyers in this crazy market, Taunya was a pleasure to work with. She was diligent, responsive, and made the home-buying process incredibly smooth and stress-free. With Taunya as your agent, you'll be in great hands--highly recommend!!

Taunya skillfully strategized and profoundly executed every detail effecting the sale of my family home, for this out-of-state client. She anticipated my needs by initiating contacts for cleaners, liquidation, packers, shipping and moving services. Taunya responded with savvy to sale inquiries with exemplary professional skill and created solutions with great personal effort. She more than earned her reasonable fee and more importantly your estate will be well governed.

Taunya was so great to work with! As first time home buyers, we really didnt know where to start with the whole process and Taunya really took the time to explain how it all works. Shes very knowledgeable and we couldnt have asked for a better experience!
