ZillowVERIFIED I'd give Taunya more than 5 if I could. She could negotiate the weather if necessary. She has ways of doing things that bring out all of her unique qualities as a real estate agent. She came through for us 1,000%, and the home we bought was appraised at $50,000 lower than accepted offer. Taunya went the extra mile to find more comparable homes for the appraisal and got it raised to our offer. Fantastic

Taunya made such an impression on us that when we were ready to put our house on the market we knew we wanted her as our realtor. We had many request for her in the sale of our house and she accomplished all of them. She got our sell date earlier than we had hoped for. She was always giving me updates in a text and followed up with a email also. She was very prompt at answering me back via text or email when I contacted her. She also got the buyers to let us live rent free for a month after we closed. I would highly recommend her to everyone. ZillowVERIFIED We had used Taunya in the past to purchase a home and we knew that if an opportunity ever presented itself that we would use her again. That opportunity presented itself a few months back. We received a random message on Facebook asking to buy our house. We forwarded it to Taunya and she confirmed it was legitimate and began to negotiate with the agent on our behalf. She asked us what it would take for us to sell. We figured 15k over what we purchased the home for would have sufficed. Taunya was able to talk the buyers up to 100k over purchase price (with no contingencies)!!! We were floored, and obviously signed the contract. When it came time to purchase our current home, Taunya once again demonstrated her negotiation skills and helped us navigate a low appraisal, saving us an additional 10k on the purchase price of our home. At the end of the day there is no one else I'd rather have in our corner. Taunya's belief in a "win-win" for both parties, while fighting hard for our interests is exactly the reason why we knew we had to use her again...and are so glad we did. Real estate agents are a dime a dozen but Taunya is the real deal. A true professional. If you are looking for an agent, stop. You've already found her.

ZillowVERIFIED I have nothing but amazing words to describe my experience working with Taunya. Even before we went and looked at the first house she took the time to deep dive into our goals, wants and needs and helped us identify properties that would be a good fit. We set up some time to look at a few properties and the fun began!The first property we looked at was nearly perfect. It had everything we were wanting. Country setting, close to work, a good tract of land, big spacious house and it had been on the market for over a year. We were super excited and Taunya drafted an offer only to find out that someone else beat us too it. Under Taunya's excellent advice we submit our offer as secondary and crossed our fingers. It was a long shot, but we were hopeful. We continued to look at other houses but nothing seemed to fit the bill.....and it wasn't for a lack of trying! We carted Taunya all over the WI countryside and nothing felt "right". Taunya helped us identify what we weren't liking about the properties and really showed her caring personality as she took on the role of therapist. We were getting disheartened and frustrated because nothing compared to that first property, but she insisted that we shouldn't settle helped keep our sprits up.The search continued for a few weeks and during that time Taunya stayed on top of the listing agent for the home we put our secondary offer on. She made sure they didn't forget about our offer and sure enough they didn't. We found out that the first offer fell through and ours became primary. Without a doubt we have Taunyas persistence and dedication to thank for that!Throughout the remainder of the process Taunya really took over and made things simple. She clearly outlined deadlines, tasks we needed to complete and handled a lot of the coordination between ourself, the seller and our lender. She answered our questions quickly and was incredibly helpful. Honestly, what should be the most stressful part of the home buying process was the easiest. It was obvious we had a strong advocate in our corner. Before we knew it, closing day had arrived and we got the keys to our new house.As I am writing this, I am sitting on my deck, drinking my coffee and looking out over the beautiful WI countryside. The view is amazing and we couldn't be happier. We can't thank Taunya enough for helping us get our "forever" home.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Taunya at an open house, I knew after talking to her for only a couple of minutes that she was the person I needed to sell our house. Taunya was absolutely by far the most down to earth and professional agent we dealt with. We had our house on the market with another agency for six months prior to listing with Taunya. I thought we were the people that would have our house for sale for two years and never get what we thought it was worth after those six months. We had 4 people come through in those six months, that's it... Taunya had our house sold in two days, simply amazing. . We also used Taunya and her excellent skills to help us find our new home.
