Lang Realty

From the first contact as a recommendation from a friend, Meryl was fabulous! I was a first time home buyer after working for the military overseas for 27 years. After finding the house on Zillow, Meryl walked me through every step, negotiating how to make my offer successful among seven others. She helped me through inspections, financing, and negotiations to make repairs. We closed two days after arriving in Columbus and are so happy in our new home! I wish I could add stars to this rating!

If you are looking for someone that will treat you like family, always keep you updated, show you properties that you PROBABLY would have missed yourself, then you need Meryl. She called me and I didn't pick up the phone but called 2 hours later only for her to tell me and my wife that a house just came on the market, WE BOUGHT THAT VERY HOUSE.Then we needed help selling our old house, it was a real challenge with repairs we needed and Meryl helped us find a few contractors and just made that nightmare a dream when we went to list, we had an offer that very day and under contract the next day. We got the house sold :)

Meryl was our buyer's agent. We think she worked very hard to help us fine our future homesite. We would choose her again. She was always on lookout for property that might suit us. She knows the area. She was always very helpful and gave good advice. We always felt we could call her with any question or problem and she answered right away.

Could not recommend Meryl more highly. Regular communication about the selling of our home process. We accepted an offer over listing price and everything turned out so smoothly. A true professional and a great negotiator too. She has tons of experience and it shows in how smoothly the process went for my husband and I selling our home using Meryl as our agent.

From day one she was a great experience. Full of knowledge, super positive and honest. She went above and beyond to help me to sell this house in a very smooth way. Even though I was in Alaska and the house that we sold was in Georgia everything was done rapidly and precisely. She was on top on every detail. I highly recommend Meryl to be your realtor.
