Lancaster and Company Premier Properties

A million thanks to Gretchen for her help in making our dream home a reality! Wonderful to work with and so grateful for the quick response to our first inquiry. She went above and beyond to take videos for us before we got up in the area. Sure appreciate your cheerful support throughout the process! She is now considered part of our family! Many thanks, Michael and Colleen Banning

Gretchen is hands down the greatest realtor I have ever worked with in my entire life. She went incredibly above and beyond in helping us sell our house while navigating some major hurdles. We are forever grateful for her knowledge, experience and expertise. I cannot recommend her enough. Her attention detail and follow through is truly unmatched.

Gretchen was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process of our home sale. She was thoroughly knowledgeable, communicative, and reliable. We had a unique situation that she handled with complete competence. Her depth of knowledge is remarkable and she is able to convey any and all information in a succinct and easily digestible manor. We would absolutely recommend her services to anyone who is fortunate enough to work with her. Gretchen is a superhero!

Lancaster and Company is by far your preferred Real Estate broker. If youre selling or purchasing property in or around Northwest Montana contact Gretchen. Gretchen worked continuously, updating us on every aspect and/or prospect interested in our property, even during evening hours. Within a few short months our property was sold, something other Realtors in Eureka was unable to accomplish. We would highly recommend Gretchen no matter if youre selling or buying.
