Not only did we need a quick close but there were issues with the septic system that almost derailed the whole deal. However, Gretchen stuck with it contacting the people needed. She was usually able to take our calls or got back to us very quickly. She was ready and willing to negotiate price reductions with the seller so the septic issues could be dealt with properly as well. Coming from the East Coast, we were not familiar with some of the regulations in Montana such as water rights. Gretchen made sure we were aware of theses things to avoid future penalties. She also provided us with several contacts for contractors.
