Lamacchia Realty

Susan was wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the entire process of selling one home and buying another. She led me through the entire process. It had been over 25 years since I had purchased my home. Susan led me step by step. She made sure I knew what things I had to do during the process. When it came to negotiating with the buyer, she was outstanding. Susan really understood how to get the results that we wanted. I would highly recommend her when buying or selling property.

From the very beginning, Susan was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process of finding our first home! Her responsiveness was remarkable. No matter when we reached out, she was always there to answer our questions and ease our concerns. There were times when we called in a slight panic, but Susan always remained calm and provided reassurance, making what could have been a stressful experience much more manageable. We recommend Susan to anyone looking for a friendly, reliable realtor. She made our journey enjoyable and successful, and we are so grateful for her support!

Susan was great to work with throughout the selling process for my home. She led me through each step and was very responsive and knowledgeable. Overall, a great experience working with Susan on the sale of my home!

Susan epitomizes professionalism. The sale of my home could not have gone any smoother. From the very first day we met at my home until the morning of my closing and everything in between she was always well prepared and answered each and every question I had. You will not regret having Susan as your realtor!

Susan was a great help to my mom in buying her home. Responsive to hundreds of questions (from both mom and I), pleasant every time we met or spoke with her, accommodating of having our friends/family come with us to multiple home showings (and answering all their questions), and advocating for my mom's best interests every step of the way. We are so grateful she was with us and could not imagine anyone better.
