ZillowVERIFIED I used Susan as a buyers agent after switching from another realtor that was very unresponsive and caused me to miss properties that moved fast. Very glad I did. She was very good about pointing out issues with properties I looked at, providing comps so I could gauge if the properties were appropriately priced. I was looking at several towns in the area, so this wasnt trivial. When the market was slow over the winter she humored me by taking me to listings that were not likely to be a good fit, but I wanted to see any way just in case. Over the course of my search I changed what my ideal property needed to be. Susan was very accommodating.I ended up purchasing a house that due to issues on the sellers end, the closing ended up dragging out for a month and a half. Susan kept on top of the sale and made sure I didnt miss any deadlines, submitted many extensions, worked with a very flaky seller and difficult sellers agent. All the while offer encouragement and advice.Thank you Susan!
