Susan was fantastic! She was very good at looking beyond the bells and whistles to the bones of the house. Ex: gorgeous kitchen but very little cabinet space. Sometimes as buyers we get excited by one particular feature and miss things we want that are missing. Susan was very good at looking for those things in each potential home she showed us. She quickly learned our style and knew almost immediately whether a house would be a contender for us or not. She hung with is as we changed our price range and neighborhoods, not knowing if she would end in a sale. She is a good business woman, knowing the process well and not afraid to ask for things the buyer wants. She had great lawyers and closing agents and house inspectors to recommend. We had an excellent experience and were from out of state.
