My wife and I started looking for a second home in the Rhinelander, WI area back in March 2020 and Matt Wallmow was highly recommended to us. We are retired, living in Iowa and have not bought a house for a very long time. Our reason for wanting a house so far north was because our daughter, son-in-law and grandkids live up there! Matt did an amazing job in helping us look at many homes on line because we lived eight hours away. On our first house hunting trip we looked at two houses and chose the first one to place a bid. Several other people also bid on the house but Matt called the sellers realtor and told her why we were moving up north. The realtor told the sellers and they decided to sell to us because of that call! If Matt hadn't gone the extra mile we might not have gotten our new home.
