Mike represented the buyer. He is very professional and is very knowledgeable about the real estate market. He represented the buyers at the condo inspection and asked for various documents to protect his clients and give them all the data to make an educated decision on their part. I am sure he would represent the seller in the same fashion. It was very refreshing to interact with a professional that makes this his full time career, he also makes himself available anytime for questions or concerns and follows up after the sale.
