Diana and her team are above and beyond on what a realtor should be. They were kind, concise and helped me sell my home with intention. It was a heartbreak to have to sell my father's home that he built himself in Ellsworth, NH off of Stinson lake, she did so with the respect it deserved and got me a fair amount for it so my family can move forward with our lives. 10/10 I would highly recommend her and her team.

Diana was instrumental in every step on the journey of selling our home. She saw our road side sign FSBO and stopped by. We sat down at our dining room table and discussed our plans for the property and ways we could market it. We discussed the bottom line in order for us to sell. And if we didn't get our price then there wasn't a point of selling. We talked about staging the home for video marketing, where the market stood, the interest rates, and timeline. We started late end of August 2024, with several people stopping by but were in the same mindset of "contingencies" ..if I sell I can buy. We pulled the listing in the fall and came back in March and listed thru Diana with several conversations ongoing. If we didn't agree, we felt with Diana we could say -- hey this is why we don't want to go in that direction. We were not discouraged because this was our 4th renovation and 3rd new build in the town of Wentworth. Diana is professional in every way. We saw her hike thru the woods, hop on a four wheeler with a buyer, and be ready for any questions, including ethical questions. We had several open houses, and she was on time and set up while at times fitting ours in when she had to be out of state at a showing within hours. She literally goes the extra mile. We sold end of November 2025 and we already had a house in mind that we had visited with her in another town. She gave us her thoughts and we were ready with a purchase and sales, if our house sold. In the end, our buyer had a contingency on his house for financing, we had a contingency with this buyer to sell our home, and we had a contingency on the home in another town. In 45 days from purchase and sale all contingencies and sales were completed. Talk about stress! With Diana she is so well informed and has amazing attention to detail, we were in great hands. I met Dianna on Facebook via a post she made regarding her "Tinsel and Treasure" holiday craft fair she was soon to be hosting. Not knowing me at all, she graciously invited me and my husband to join as vendors. We met Diana in person the day of the craft fair. She immediately made us feel like welcomed, long time friends! We learned that day that Diana is a realtor and knew that if we ever needed one, she would be our first choice! Fast forward a year...we decided to sell our house, at the start of the holiday season. Diana promptly arranged for her professional photographer to come to the house for a photo shoot. He did an amazing job taking photos, video of every room, and drone footage of our yard and the surrounding area. Within a week our house was listed and showcased in a beautiful and very professional manner! The very next weekend (the weekend before Thanksgiving), Diana held an open house which brought many potential buyers. Within three days, there were three offers and an agreement was secured two days later, above the asking price! During that same time frame, we secured an agreement on a new property. Even though Diana was not technically involved in that agreement, she was extremely generous in helping us navigate the process...she even came to the final walkthrough with us because the listing agent was away at that time. Diana closely walked us through the entire selling process, in a completely professional way, keeping us updated, in a very timely manner, and explaining everything along the way. At the same time, she was very personable and endearing! She made herself quickly available to us any time we had questions and was clearly very knowledgeable. Diana attended the closing with us, which was flawless, and followed up with us after the closing to see if we were happy with the way everything went. Without a doubt, we would definitely recommend Diana for any realtor needs and would absolutely secure her services again, if we were in need of a realtor.
