I worked with Josh recently to purchase a condo in downtown Santa Cruz, and all around he was a joy to work with. Very personable, extremely knowledgeable about the local market in Santa Cruz, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure the deal closed in my favor! He had a wide network of connections, from local lenders to home inspectors. He was able to answer all my questions throughout the closing process very comprehensively, and when he wasnt sure on a detail he was quick to reach out to someone who did.

Aurora was great from the moment I met her. She wasnt pushy what so ever. She built a website to house properties she or I found of interest. She always accommodated viewing potential properties, even when I wa doubtful that they would work. She listened to my concerns and needs in what we looked at. Above all she was very patient. 9 mo later we closed on a home that fit every category for me. Now its time for TLC on the property and she has a host of trades people lined up to support me. Thanks Aurora. I'm so pleased with the journey we traveled together.

We had such a great experience working with Shemeika to buy our home in the Los Gatos mountains this spring. Even with a tough market and slim pickings, she was proactive, resourceful, and stuck with us until we found the right fit. A simple flip I thought... Selling a renovated property that fought me every step of the way wasn?t exactly my plans. Josh Forst didn?t just list it ? he quarterbacked the last half of chaos. Found contractors when I was out of options, kept me updated so I didn?t spiral, and even rolled up his sleeves to help polish the place for showings. He went above and beyond to push this problem-child project across the finish line. If you want a realtor who treats your nightmare flip like it?s his own, Josh is your guy. I had to do SOME work to pull off the sale, he?s a realtor, not a magician? though after this sale, I?m not totally sure.
