Rich has reached out to me a couple times and he is the kindest! He's really knowledgeable and I love that he's not pushy, great guy!!

Rich Cope is a treasure! We reached out with several challenging criteria: we were purchasing from across the country and only had a few hours over a couple days to look at as many homes within our specifications. He set up appts & helped us find & land a beautiful property that exceeded our requirements! His calm, cool demeanor was so appreciated, as was his integrity in watching out for our best interests throughout the inspection & closing! We cannot recommend RICH COPE highly enough!

Rich was an incredible realtor for the sell of my mother's home. He was patient, attentive and took time to explain things. Everything went smoothly and I felt like he represented us well. I would definitely work with him in the future!

Excellent support and service in every aspect of the real estate experience. Thank you!

Rich is so kind and helpful! I have known him for several years, and he is the best! I would use him anytime!
