Rich Cope

Born and raised in Spanish Fork, Utah, I've proudly called South Utah County home for nearly 50 years. Being a lifelong resident has given me a deep understanding of the local communities, neighborhoods, schools, and market trends that helps my clients make confident real estate decisions.

Before becoming a REALTORA(R) in 2019, I spent two years as a professional home inspector. That experience gave me a strong understanding of home construction, maintenance, and the details that matter most during a real estate transaction. Today, I combine that technical knowledge with years of real estate experience to help buyers and sellers navigate the process with confidence.

I began my real estate career with Berkshire Hathaway and have been with Keller Williams Westfield for the past 5 1/2 years. While I specialize in helping homeowners successfully market and sell their homes, I also enjoy guiding first-time buyers, move-up buyers, and families searching for their forever home. In addition to residential real estate, I work alongside several respected custom home builders and have experience assisting clients with commercial real estate transactions.

Real estate has always been about people for me. I believe every client deserves honest communication, knowledgeable guidance, and someone who truly listens to their goals. My approach is relationship-driven, and I strive to make every transaction as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Giving back to the community has always been important to me. Over the years, I've served on several boards and committees throughout South Utah County and currently serve on the Spanish Fork Salem Area Chamber of Commerce as well as the Tabitha's Way fundraising committee. I believe strong communities are built through service, and I'm grateful to stay actively involved in the place I've always called home.

When I'm not helping clients, you'll usually find me hiking, running, traveling, spending time outdoors, or enjoying Utah's incredible scenery. I'm also passionate about health, fitness, and building meaningful relationships within my community.

I live in Spanish Fork with my family and am the proud father of four children, ranging in age from 14 to 30.
