I could not be happier with the service I received by Dan and his team. I have been searching for a home for over two years and have had multiple deals fell through; which led me to Dan. In the current housing market the houses are selling so fast, it is very challenging to even have the opportunity to make an offer. Dan understands how time sensitive it is to submit an offer and he was very prompt in doing so. Once the offer was accepted, I was shocked by how smooth the entire process went. With the help of Dan and his operations coordinator Lauren, it was a very stress free closing. I have heard many stories of stressful closings, however, I cannot relate. I am from out of state, so Dan and Lauren provided me with contacts to reach out to for an attorney and mortgage company. They were open and willing to answer my many questions regarding how to maintain a septic tank, drilled well and propane gas; exceeding their responsibilities. I am a guarded person but I put my faith and trust in Dan and allowed him to guide this entire process, which was the best decision I could have made. Not only was he always polite and respectful, he was honest and ultimately was successful with closing the deal. I am blown away with how easy this process was to buy a house, I still find it surreal. This was anincredibly stress free experience and it all started and ended with Dan. Alex was very knowledgeable about the market and homes in Killington and Ludlow VT. She was willing to show as many homes as we could see in two days as I had limited time to be in the area. Alex was prompt in conveying our negotiations and requests for additional information/ inspections during the whole process of buying our house. She worked well with the listing broker, seller and her associates. She was always pleasant, conscientious and professional.

Our situation was a learning experience for all of us. Dan stayed calm throughout and even found a 2nd buyer within a week of the 1st sale falling apart. He helped us navigate a rental situation while trying to sort out a title issue. He went above and beyond to sell our house and managed our anxiety like a pro!
