I am a lender and I have worked with hundreds of real estate agents. I have rarely written a review, but I feel compelled to write a review for Marci because in my experience, she is far above the average realtor in terms of her professionalism, expertise and negotiation skills. The mark of a true professional is to remain calm in difficult circumstances and focus on problem solving. This is Marci. She works hard for her clients to represent what they want, and she doesn't hesitate to ask for more for her clients. It takes a strong person to help people through the ups and downs of a real estate transaction. Marci will see you through to then end.

Marci did an outstanding job. My situation was far from ideal, as the sale of my home was part of a divorce. Despite all the obstacles, she remained extremely professional and supportive throughout the entire process. Selling a home can be stressful on its own, and even more so when navigating dynamics with an ex. Marci took that stress off my shoulders and made this an easy, manageable step in closing a difficult chapter of my life. Marci did an outstanding job helping us sell our parents home. She went above and beyond by coordinating the home clean out, inspection repairs, and providing us with local contacts to take care of all the things we had to fix and update. I was impressed by her responsiveness and I felt like I could trust her advice throughout the negotiations. This was a family transaction and Marci communicated well with each of us which I promise was a challenge.
