ZillowVERIFIED I met Cory and Rhonda at a not so pleasant, pretty hard point in my life. I had first spoke with Cory and he set me up with a wonderful loan officer to start my loan process. All of the house finding and showing was with Rhonda. The both of them knew what was going on in my life and did not let it affect their behavior towards me. Which I deeply appreciate. There is nothing harder than trying to act normal while people ask you about what is going on and if your okay. I had no intentions of every looking for a new home, but at times you have to. When you HAVE to, the thought of looking for a home is not as fun as it would be if you wanted to. Rhonda made it fun and exciting. She paid complete and total attention to me and what my thoughts and opinions were. Got involved in my ideas (quest) to change everything in pretty much every room of every house we looked at. She is dang good because the last day of house hunting, one was a home I had selected to look at and the other was one she had selected. After looking at the home I wanted to see, I wanted to be done for the day, but she had said she really really wanted to show me this next one. I have heard people say "you'll know it when you find it", and it is true. I didn't think it was true because I have purchased 2 other homes. When I stepped into this house, that she really wanted to show me, I threw my arms up, said this is it! sold!. My friend looked at me like I had lost it because we had not even looked through the house yet. There was not one thing inside that house that I nit picked "quest to change". My questions, calls, texts were always answered. Even after I closed and had moved in. I have referred them both to people I know and will continue to refer them.
