After interviewing 5+ realtors, none of them made a substantial impression. Then we were introduced to Corey through a secondary source and thank god for that! Corey was down to earth, very knowledgeable, personable and yet made it clear he would be completely on our side to get the best possible deal for us. It was a very smooth process with Corey and his team and they were ALWAYS available for any questions we had. Our house was sold in 3 days with a substantial amount of interest and over a dozen offers. As Corey went through all the offers with us, he broke it down in detail of why some offers were better than others based on type of loan, title companies, additional terms, etc. My wife and I were in aww of how such details can make a huge difference in the outcome of accepting an offer. But Corey was there to break it down in the simplest of terms and helped us on getting a great deal! If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would. I would highly recommend Corey to anyone is looking to buy or sell a house!

This was the first time my husband and I were looking to purchase a home. So, everything was new to us and we learned as we moved along with the process. Cory, was our agent and he was a pleasure to work with. In the beginning, until I got to meet face to face and speak to him I could tell that he wanted us to be homeowners and be happy, comfortable and content. Cory was very attentive, very articulate and very friendly. Working along side him during our journey in looking for our home felt like cool refreshing breeze. Cory was very professional, kind, patient, prompt, dependable, respectful and very courteous. I didn't have much to say at first, bcuz I am more of an observer, but what I will say is, if there were questions he didn't have answers to, he would go above and beyond in finding us answers. He stuck right beside us throughout the entire process and was always available. I thought purchasing a home would be a major nightmare, but with Cory by our side, we felt comfortable the entire time and went with the flow. Now, that we have purchased a great home, in a great neighborhood we have Cory to thank for this. I can't say enough about Cory, he is the best. I would and will recommend Cory to any and every one that I know that may be in the market to buy a home.
