ZillowVERIFIED I first interacted with Cory when I first moved to Virginia. An Unexpected complication occurred and I had to put the house search on hold for a few months. Cory took the time to check in monthly, see how everything was going, and provided personal search results for the price range I was initially looking in. Once I was ready to begin the search he put together a list of homes he had researched, informed me about the areas the homes were in, and organized a top 5 for us to look at. He connected me with a lending company and an amazing mortgage broker who made sure I was qualified and looking in the right price range. Once we narrowed down the houses, He took the time to drive all over, walk through the houses, and provided his honest opinion of each house we looked at. Once we found the house I ended up buying, he was there every step of the way, maintained lines of communication, and answered any questions I had. His recommended inspector was meticulous and straightforward which allowed Cory to negotiate to make sure the house was ready for move in upon closing. He took all the stress out of the process by providing updates and making sure that everything came together the way it should. Cory Smith made me feel like I was his only client and got me into the perfect home. By far the best experience I could have asked for.

ZillowVERIFIED Cory ran with the punches even when I had to fire my lender and get another on short notice. I know for a fact he had adjusted his personal schedule even when he said he didn't. I had a very large search area and very specific search criteria and he did not seem the least bit phased. On day one he was able to narrow down available houses, which we looked at and by day two, I was under contract. If you are ready to pull the trigger, he will help you get it done. Mine was probably the easiest sale he had had in a while, but he still had to bust his hump to make it happen. Bottom line, if you are willing to learn as much as you can as quickly as you can, then make quick decisions that you stick too, buying a house will become easy with the right realtor.
